EXPERTS IN LOW-RISE WOOD AND CONCRETE/WOOD PODIUMS

As of 2025, Wolfman officially joins Kline Engineering & Consulting as a new division, bringing over four decades of wood structural engineering leadership to the firm.

This strategic acquisition doesn’t just grow KLINE’s team; it significantly enhances our technical depth in wood-frame systems, structural podium design, and multi-market project delivery across the East Coast.

A Legacy of Structural Excellence Meets the Future of Innovation

With the acquisition of Wolfman & Associates, now known as Wolfman, KLINE gains more than just additional bandwidth; we gain a storied legacy of structural excellence, deep-rooted relationships across the Mid-Atlantic region, and a specialized portfolio in wood-frame construction and podium design that’s second to none.

Previously led by Ronald F. Wolfman, P.E., a respected industry veteran with over 45 years of experience and former President of SEA/CASE, this division brings proven expertise in structural systems for podiums, schools, apartments, affordable housing, senior living facilities, churches, community centers, and public institutions.

The Wolfman team has been at the forefront of wood, steel, and concrete structural design, contributing to thousands of projects across the Mid-Atlantic. Their specialization in mid-rise wood-frame construction, including hybrid systems with concrete podiums and Hambro decking, has made them a go-to engineering partner for developers, architects, and public institutions.

Now, as the Wolfman Division of KLINE, this expertise becomes part of our firmwide offering, expanding not just our capacity but also our wood design know-how and cost-efficient framing strategy.
