KLINE provides structural evaluation and restoration services throughout the life of an existing structure, from initial condition assessment and investigation through repair, rehabilitation, and strengthening design.
Condition Assessments & Structural Evaluations: Evaluation of existing structural conditions; investigation of cracking, corrosion, deterioration, and structural distress; structural capacity assessments; façade and balcony structural evaluations; and destructive and non-destructive testing coordination.
Engineered Repair Strategies: Development of repair and rehabilitation strategies based on observed conditions, structural performance, constructability, and project goals. Services include concrete and steel repair, post-tensioning system repair, and repair drawings and technical documentation.
Structural Strengthening & Code Upgrades: Strengthening of existing structures for deterioration, increased loads, changes in use, or applicable code requirements. Solutions may include FRP systems, external post-tensioning, and other project-specific strengthening methods.
