About the PTI DC-25 Parking Structures Committee
The DC-25 Committee is part of PTI’s Technical Advisory Board (TAB) Design Committees.
Committee members are volunteers selected for their personal knowledge and expertise related to the committee’s mission, which is to:
“Develop and communicate information on the costs, design, construction, and advantages of post-tensioning to make it the option of choice for parking structures.”
Through this work, the committee plays a key role in shaping technical resources, design guidelines, and industry standards for post-tensioned parking structures across the country.

As an Associate Member, Layth will collaborate with industry leaders, contribute to technical discussions and publications, and help advance the use of post-tensioned systems in parking structure design and construction. His appointment reflects KLINE’s continued presence and leadership in national technical committees, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, quality, and the future of structural engineering.
We are thrilled to see Layth join this esteemed group and represent KLINE at the national level.
