Building Beyond Projects: March at KLINE

March was a strong reminder that great work starts with great people.

This month, the KLINE team took intentional pauses from our fast-paced schedules to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate what makes our work meaningful. In recognition of World Engineering Day, we stepped away from our desks to put our skills to the test by building LEGO structures as a team. It was a simple but powerful reminder of what we do every day: we build, we problem-solve, and we do it together.

We also refreshed our team photos—staying tuned for updates—and recognized the people who keep our culture strong. Congratulations to our Employees of the Quarter: Cindy Legonia, Joseph Diaz, and Nicholas Szarzynski, whose contributions reflect the values that define KLINE.

The month concluded with our first strategic meeting of the year, focused on aligning our vision for the future and strengthening collaboration across teams. We wrapped up the day the KLINE way: with a little friendly competition at the bowling alley.

At KLINE, we are proud to be leaders in value-driven structural design. Just as important, we are committed to creating an environment where our people can grow, collaborate, and thrive. In an industry that rarely slows down, we believe balance is essential, and our team always comes first.

We are excited for what lies ahead and continue to look for talented engineers to join our team. If you are interested—or know someone who might be—we would love to connect.
