STRATEGIC INITIATIVES & MARKETING LEADER

Karla Ampuero serves as KLINE’s Strategic Initiatives and Marketing Leader, spearheading efforts that strengthen the firm’s core business relationships while guiding its expansion into new markets and industries. In her leadership role, Karla develops and executes high-impact strategies that align with KLINE’s long-term vision, focusing on growth, operational excellence, and industry innovation.

Karla works closely with company president Don Kline on business development strategy and manages the firm’s sales tracking and pipeline systems. She played a key role in the successful acquisition and integration of Wolfman & Associates and continues to support KLINE’s Operations teams by leading Project Manager and staff coordination meetings across regions.

She also continues to oversee the company’s marketing efforts, focusing on internal process improvement, cross-market messaging, and brand positioning. With a background in consumer behavior, market research, and digital engagement, Karla combines data-driven decision-making with people-centered communication to strengthen KLINE’s industry presence.

Karla recently earned her AI Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania and is focused on implementing AI-powered engagement tools to optimize internal processes and support strategic initiatives across the company. She is also completing a Business Analytics certification from the University of Virginia to enhance data-informed leadership within the firm further.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Karla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Catholic University and associate degrees in Business Administration and International Studies from Northern Virginia Community College. Fluent in English and Spanish, she brings a global perspective and multicultural insight to her work.
