PROJECT ENGINEER II

Pramila Shrestha is a Project Engineer II at KLINE’s DC Metro office with over five years of experience in structural design and analysis. Her work spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings, where she supports load calculations, system design, shop drawing review, and site inspections.

Originally from Bhaktapur, Nepal, Pramila began her engineering career working on residential structures in Nepal before relocating to the U.S. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Before joining KLINE, Pramila worked with a structural firm in Miami, gaining experience in both design and field services. She is proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Enercalc, MathCAD, AutoCAD, and Hilti Profis, and brings a detail-oriented, practical approach to her work.

Fluent in English, Nepali, Newari, and Hindi, Pramila brings a global perspective to her projects. She is particularly inspired by structures that combine technical complexity with resilience, like the One World Trade Center, which she sees as a symbol of innovative engineering.

At KLINE, Pramila is focused on delivering efficient, well-coordinated structural solutions that align with project goals and client expectations.
