KLINE’s Spring Outing Hits the Bullseye—Literally!

Back in May, the KLINE team swapped laptops for lumberjack vibes and headed out for a day of axe throwing as part of our annual spring outing!

At KLINE, we host at least three team events each year to give everyone a chance to recharge, connect, and have some fun beyond the job site or office. These gatherings are especially important for our hybrid team members, and we also ensure that we host separate activities for our fully remote employees, so that no one misses out on the good times.

Why do we prioritize events like this? Because team connection matters. Whether it's golf, a painting class, a picnic, or (this time) flinging axes at a target, these moments allow us to build stronger relationships, celebrate milestones, and reinforce the work-life balance we value so deeply.
