Lena holds an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Office Administration and Management and has a wealth of experience in office administration, management, and finance. With a career that spans over 30 years, Lena has showcased her exceptional skills and expertise in roles of increasing responsibility.

Before Kline, Lena worked for different companies where she played pivotal roles in both administrative and accounting departments, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to organizational success. Her professional journey has taken her to lead positions such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Administration. In these roles, Lena demonstrated her remarkable leadership acumen, mentoring and inspiring her colleagues to excel and contribute to the organization's growth.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lena is a woman of diverse passions. She finds solace in outdoor activities such as running, hiking, gardening, and boating. In her leisure time, she cherishes moments spent with her family and friends, often indulging in beach getaways. An endearing fact about Lena is her genuine love for golden retriever puppies, a testament to her warm and compassionate nature.
