FINANCE MANAGER

Lena Strawser is KLINE Engineering’s Finance Manager, based in the Manassas, VA office. With over 30 years of experience in office administration, financial operations, and leadership, Lena brings a deep well of knowledge and professionalism to her role. She holds an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Office Administration and Management and has held senior positions throughout her career, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration.

Prior to joining KLINE, Lena worked across a variety of industries, where she played key roles in both administrative and accounting departments. Her career is marked by a proven ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and drive organizational efficiency. At KLINE, she oversees billing, collections, and financial coordination, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and high-quality service to clients and project teams.

What drew Lena to KLINE is the company’s strong values and commitment to employee growth and well-being. She is passionate about contributing to a collaborative and purpose-driven work environment where innovation and client service go hand in hand.

Outside of work, Lena enjoys staying active with running, hiking, gardening, and boating. She treasures quality time with her family and friends, especially during beach getaways, and has a soft spot for golden retriever puppies, a reflection of her warm and caring spirit.
