PROJECT MANAGER I
Joseph DuBois, P.E., is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia with over seven years of structural engineering experience. As a Project Manager I at KLINE, he leads infrastructure and building projects across the Mid-Atlantic, specializing in practical, code-compliant solutions for both public and private clients.
Joseph has become a key resource in bridge shoring and temporary works design, working closely with the Departments of Transportation in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. His work includes structural support systems, access platforms, and project coordination with public agencies to ensure safe and efficient construction on active job sites.
In addition to his infrastructure work, Joseph supports KLINE’s structural assessment efforts, particularly for parking structures and aging concrete systems. His process improvements have helped streamline reporting while maintaining technical accuracy.
His project experience spans concrete, steel, wood, and FRP systems, with scopes that include new construction, structural repairs, formwork design, and forensic evaluations. He is proficient in ADAPT Builder, ADAPT PT/RC, Tedds, RISA 3D, and AutoCAD.
Joseph earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, graduating magna cum laude. Outside the office, he enjoys swing dancing, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors hiking or working on home construction projects.
