Joseph DuBois is magna cum laude in Civil Engineer from the University of Dayton, OH. with over 3 years of experience as a Structural Project Engineer at Kline. His strong background and steadfast faith in construction and construction management have given Joseph an all-round insight into design through process.

Joseph has designed concrete, steel, wood, and FRP; and has managed projects like podium designs, repair jobs, inspections, small wood or steel structures, formwork, and retaining wall designs. Joseph has also assisted in forensic engineering investigations and is an active member of SEA-MW and PTI.

He is proficient in ADAPT Builder, ADAPT PT/RC, Tedds, Risa 3D, and Auto CAD. He emphasizes the importance of developing strong client relationships built on respect, trust, and integrity while providing an economical, swift solution.

Joseph’s passion for construction has served as a guiding force throughout his life. He recalls observing and assisting handymen with repairs and installations as a young boy, with the dream of building his own home one day. Joseph’s early exposure to construction and engineering eventually led him to sign up for a drafting course at his local high school, where his leadership skills and hard work earned him the esteemed position of project manager. Joseph attributes his exceptional work ethic and high-quality standards to his father, whose strong character, steadfast faith, and unwavering support fuel his quest for excellence.

Professionally, Joseph seeks to create an environment where his clients feel considered and understood—confident in the product he will deliver. And he prides himself on delivering dynamic solutions that work for all parties, using his industry work experience, which runs the gamut from laborer to designer, as the basis for his creative problem-solving.

This Eagle Scout spends his free time serving as an active parishioner at his church, swing dancing, playing classical and acoustic guitar, and working on construction projects at home, but feels that hiking and camping are what truly feeds his soul.
