Aldo Rosas is a BIM Specialist I at Kline Engineering & Consulting, specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM), multidisciplinary coordination, and digital project delivery for infrastructure and building projects. He supports engineers and project teams by developing coordinated, high-quality digital models that improve collaboration, streamline design coordination, and contribute to efficient project execution.

Before joining KLINE, Aldo spent five years as a BIM Modeler, contributing to a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and vertical construction projects. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in BIM methodology, model coordination, and the management of digital models throughout all phases of project development. He is proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Civil 3D, and holds certifications in BIM Modeling and Project Management.

Aldo earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Lima in 2024. His passion for engineering began at an early age, driven by a fascination with the construction industry and a desire to understand how complex projects are planned, coordinated, and built. Today, he is particularly interested in emerging technologies that enhance collaboration, improve project efficiency, and advance the digital transformation of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.

Outside of work, Aldo enjoys staying active through sports and fitness, spending time with family and friends, and attending rock and metal concerts and festivals. Originally from Lima, Peru, he is fluent in both Spanish and English.
