KLINE served as the Structural Engineer of Record (EOR) for the development, providing the complete structural design of the hotel tower and parking structure, including foundations, columns, shear walls, stairs, and elevated floor systems. The project utilizes a cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete flat-plate structural system, enabling efficient floor layouts, long spans, and accelerated construction.
In addition to serving as EOR, KLINE provided the construction engineering and formwork design services required to support the cast-in-place concrete construction operations. This integrated approach allowed for seamless coordination between the permanent structural design and temporary works, enhancing constructability, safety, and construction efficiency.
