Structural Drafter/Revit

Kline Engineering & Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Structural Drafter/Revit Professional to join our result-driven team.

Kline Engineering & Consulting, LLC (KLINE) is a growing structural engineering consulting firm with offices in Manassas, VA, and Charlotte, NC. We have completed projects in over 12 states.

 We specialize in three exciting areas. First, we are experts in design of post-tensioned concrete buildings, and we provide thought leadership to the post-tensioning industry through our active participation in ACI and PTI. Second, we perform condition assessments of existing buildings and bridges and provide repair and rehabilitation consulting for our clients. And finally, we perform construction engineering consulting for contractor clients including design of shoring, formwork, and jacking and moving heaving structures such as bridges.

What we look for:

The successful candidate will prepare AutoCAD drawings and Revit models for a variety of projects, including new multi-story buildings, parking structures, and rehabilitation projects.

• Job Type: Full-time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Location: Charlotte, NC. or Manassas, VA.

 Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit required.

• Experience drafting in AutoCAD required.

• Two-year Associates' degree or equivalent preferred.

• Autodesk certification, or equivalent, in Revit, preferred.

• Ability to work within a project team to prepare Revit and/or AutoCAD drawings.

• Proficiency in reading and coordinating structural and architectural drawings.

• Proficiency in preparing plans, sections, and details for structural drawings.

• The ability to organize and standardize typical sections, details, and project templates.

• Working knowledge of building systems.

• Positive team-oriented work style.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
