Crosby Hill is an upscale 203-unit complex located at 517 Shipley St. in downtown Wilmington, DE. This $62 million mixed-use development was designed by Niles Bolton Associates, and it includes two four-story buildings, one 11-story building, and a private two levels of underground parking garage with 124 parking spots for residents. Crosby Hill, a 280,000 SF total area project is set to open in late 2022.

This new multi-family community features an innovative hybrid post-tensioned mat foundation, podium, wood low-rise, and Post-tensioning flat plate mid-rise.

Kline Engineering is the engineering of record and was retained to design the underground parking garage and residential structures and is partnering with BPGS Construction.

The name Crosby Hill pays tribute to the Crosby and Hill department store that prominently served Wilmington for nearly a century from 1878 to 1960 at 605 Market St.
